The tour explained
What is the Triton Poker Series?
Triton Poker Series is an international live poker tour best known for its Super High Roller tournaments. Its festivals bring players together at a host venue for a schedule of individual events, each with its own buy-in, format and champion. The series began in 2016 and celebrated its tenth anniversary in 2026. Source: Triton Poker Series.
For a new viewer, the distinction between a festival and a tournament is useful. A festival is the whole stop in a location such as Jeju. A Main Event, a high roller or a bounty tournament is one competition within it. Several players can therefore become Triton champions during the same festival.
What is the difference between Triton ONE and the Super High Roller Series?
The Super High Roller Series is Triton’s flagship high-stakes tour. Triton ONE offers another route into its live festivals at lower price points. The March 2026 Triton ONE Main Event cost $8,000 to enter and attracted 1,230 entries, producing an $8,945,790 prize pool. Those figures describe that specific event, rather than a guaranteed price or prize pool for every future stop. Source: Triton ONE’s official results summary.
Which poker games and events does Triton run?
Schedules can feature No-Limit Hold’em, Pot-Limit Omaha and Short Deck. Hold’em uses two private cards; Omaha uses four, with exactly two used in the final hand; Short Deck removes the lowest ranks from the deck. Each requires a different approach, so check the event’s rules before following or entering it.
Main Events sit alongside shorter tournaments, high rollers, mixed-format competitions and bounty events. Triton’s March 2026 announcement included both $100,000 Hold’em and PLO Main Events, plus a PLO Mystery Bounty. These examples show the breadth of a festival; the events offered vary by stop. See the organiser’s schedule announcement.
Where are Triton Poker events held?
Triton travels between host destinations. Jeju, Montenegro, Monte Carlo and Cyprus all appear in its champions history. The event cards above link to current listings: use the individual schedule to confirm the venue, dates, game type and entry conditions.
Can anyone enter a Triton tournament?
Entry depends on the tournament’s published conditions. An invitational should not be treated as an open-entry event. For other tournaments, check eligibility, registration and payment requirements with the organiser. Some festivals also offer qualifying routes: Triton announced online satellites for its March 2026 Triton ONE events through QQPK. Availability is specific to the promotion and festival. How can I watch Triton Poker and follow the winners?
Triton’s website links to its official YouTube, Twitch and Triton Poker Plus channels. Broadcast availability depends on the event. Start with the official Triton website for viewing links and schedules.
